Las cicatrices emocionales son reales y, aunque invisibles, pesan tanto como una herida física. Muchos viven con miedo, inseguridad o dolor por lo que vivieron en la infancia. Pero el Señor nos invita a llevar esas heridas a Él, porque es el único que puede restaurar lo que se deterioró en nosotros. La Biblia nos dice en el Salmo 34:
“El Señor está cerca de los que tienen quebrantado el corazón; él rescata a los de espíritu destrozado”
(Salmo 34:18 NTV).
Su gracia no borra el pasado, pero transforma el presente y nos da un futuro lleno de esperanza. Jesús vino a proclamar libertad a los cautivos, y eso incluye a quienes están atrapados en memorias y culpas de la niñez.
